1-on-1 Consultation

○ Have a personal consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, allergies, injuries, etc.
○ Based on this discussion, we'll create a customized nutrition and exercise plan tailored for you.

Access Your Plan

○ Receive your workout and nutrition plan via our app, complete with demo videos and instructions.
○ Use the app to track your progress, and get assigned a coach for daily support and accountability.

Progress Assessment

○ After 3.5 weeks, review your results with Avinash to see what's working and what’s not.
○ Adjust your workouts and nutrition based on progress and challenges.
○ Continue refining your plan for the best long-term results.

Flexibility

○ We’re completely flexible to your needs. You can pause when you want, and we can tweak workouts to fit your requirements whenever you feel something is not working for you, so you have absolutely no reason to quit. Your lifestyle comes first; lets optimise everything around it to get to your goals.
